Screen Printing

70G Series

One-part, dual cure UV/LED screen ink for glass and plastic containers. High adhesion, chemical and water resistance.

Overview

The 70G Series is a one-part, dual cure ink system formulated to meet the requirements needed for printing on glass and plastic bottles commonly used in the container market. It can be cured with UV or LED systems (365–405 nm) or with traditional UV mercury or iron-doped curing systems. Cross-linking continues for up to 24 hours after printing; adhesion should be tested after cooling to room temperature.
